Pasta with Kuusamo seasoned freshwater fish

For 4 people
  • 500 ml pasta, such as oat pasta
  • Water for cooking, salt
  • 1 pkt Kuusamo Seasoned Freshwater Fish 200g
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Butter for frying
  • Garlic, to taste
  • 200 ml cream
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Fresh herbs, to taste

Cook the pasta in a large amount of water seasoned with salt. Dice the onion and sauté them in a pan until soft. Add the seasoned fish slices. Add seasoning and cream and boil until the sauce is thickened. Add the boiled pasta and add seasoning if necessary.
