How to Use Our Canned Fish

Ready-to-eat canned fish makes an easy base for many delicious meals!

Heat some butter and oil in a pan and add the contents of the can. Add a dash of cream or some grated cheese to make a sauce and serve hot with boiled potatoes or pasta and fresh salad greens. Great filling for tacos or home-made pizza!

Boil some pasta of your choice. Pour a can of wild fish bolognese into a saucepan and add half a can of water. Heat until the sauce is boiling.

Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and finish the dish with grated cheese and fresh herbs.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place pieces of brown bread on a baking tray and top them with wild fish bolognese, slices of onion and tomato, chopped fresh herbs and grated cheese. Bake for 6 minutes.
