Pasta with Kuusamo seasoned freshwater fish
For 4 people
- 500 ml pasta, such as oat pasta
- Water for cooking, salt
- 1 pkt Kuusamo Seasoned Freshwater Fish 200g
- 1 onion, diced
- Butter for frying
- Garlic, to taste
- 200 ml cream
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Fresh herbs, to taste
Cook the pasta in a large amount of water seasoned with salt. Dice the onion and sauté them in a pan until soft. Add the seasoned fish slices. Add seasoning and cream and boil until the sauce is thickened. Add the boiled pasta and add seasoning if necessary.
