Season the mayonnaise with garlic, black pepper and chili sauce.
Wash and slice the vegetables.
Sauté the seasoned fish slices in a mixture of butter and oil in a frying pan for about 5 minutes until lightly browned. Warm up the pita breads in the oven.
Slit the pita breads open on one side and fill them with vegetables and the seasoned fish slices.
Add some mayonnaise and enjoy.
