This sauce pays homage to Finnish freshwater fish. The ingredients for it are harvested from the lakes of Kuusamo region.
Wild Fish Spaghetti Bolognese
Boil some pasta of your choice. Pour a can of wild fish bolognese into a saucepan and add half a can of water. Heat until the sauce is boiling.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and finish the dish with grated cheese and fresh herbs.
Hot Wild Fish Bolognese Sandwiches
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place pieces of brown bread on a baking tray and top them with wild fish bolognese, slices of onion and tomato, chopped fresh herbs and grated cheese. Bake for 6 minutes.
